KERC is offering a limited opportunity for KERC holders to partake in the profits of meticulously chosen medical aesthetic clinics with exceptional growth potential. KERC will take on the management and operation of these clinics, deploying its proven software and operational strategies that optimise efficiency and boost revenue.
Each investor will receive a predetermined share of the monthly revenue generated from their investment. Moreover, these clinics will be sold within a year, with a projected additional payout of three times the initial investment.
KERC has secured an exit via a company that intends to list publicly. The clinics in the pool will be rolled into that company before it lists. The terms negotiated with this company is for a 3x multiple of the value of the clinics.
At the end of the timeframe, we will allow those who have participated to vote on if they want to convert their entry into the hard sale or a get a full refund.
There is a chance that the multiple might be greater than 3x (200% ROI). We place 3 times as the benchmark for safety as we always aim to over-deliver.
We will close this opportunity on March 31 2024, giving KERC holders one month to participate. The 3x return payout will be within 12 months. There is a chance the exit could be shorter however again here we are being safe and managing expectations.
The raise from the 3x Pool will be refunded if we don’t hit the minimal cap and users in the pool will receive NO KERC tokens. The hard sale will be the sale of KERC tokens. These buyers are also eligible for the airdrop bonus!
KERC will be handling the management component of the clinic assets before and after the raise and until the clinics are sold (the exit) For this KERC will receive a portion of the profits generated from these clinics.
KERC will provide a portion of this additional revenue back to holders as staking rewards in the staking pools!
